1. About BookMyDriver
BookMyDriver connects customers who need a professional driver with independent, verified drivers, across Hyderabad. We are a booking and matching platform — we do not own, rent, or lease vehicles. Every trip uses the customer's own car, driven by a driver matched through the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (if registering as a driver) to use BookMyDriver. Drivers must complete KYC verification before accepting trips.
3. Bookings and Pricing
Prices shown at the time of booking are what you'll be charged, plus any applicable overtime. We reserve the right to change pricing for future bookings; it will not affect a trip already confirmed.
4. Cancellations
Customers may cancel a booking before a driver is assigned at no charge. Once a driver has been assigned and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Driver Conduct and Verification
We verify drivers using KYC documents submitted at signup. BookMyDriver does not guarantee a driver's conduct beyond what's disclosed. Report any safety concern immediately through in-app support.
6. Vehicle and Liability
The customer's vehicle remains the customer's responsibility, including valid insurance and registration. BookMyDriver is not a party to any accident, traffic violation, or damage that occurs during a trip.
7. Payments
Payment methods available at checkout are shown in-app. Any payment gateway used is operated by a third-party payment processor, subject to that processor's own terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use BookMyDriver for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information during KYC, or to attempt to circumvent driver verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyDriver's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BookMyDriver after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction over any dispute.
