  • For drivers: Aadhaar, driving license, and PAN document images, plus a selfie, for KYC verification
  • Location details: pickup/drop points and live position during an active trip
  • Booking history and in-app chat messages tied to a trip
  • Basic device and usage statistics (via Google Analytics)

2. How We Use It

To match you with a driver or customer, verify driver identity before approval, process bookings and payments, provide in-app trip tracking and chat, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share It With

KYC documents and booking records are stored with our database provider (Supabase). Payment information is handled by our payment processor once you make a payment. We do not share Aadhaar, PAN, or license images with any party outside of what's required to verify and operate the platform.

4. Retention

We keep KYC documents and booking records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated records by contacting support.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us.

6. Location

We only access precise location when you use the app to book or fulfill a trip. A driver's live position is shared with the matched customer only for the duration of an active trip.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your account, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage for KYC documents.

8. Children's Privacy

BookMyDriver is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of BookMyDriver after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
